Thomas Bonaros started Victory Coffee Company in the early 1900. His son Charlie Bonaros continued selling fine coffees to restaurants in the Pittsburgh area through 2001. Angelo Hareras provided great food and service as partner and chef of The Tonidale Restaurant for 35 years. Beginning with the Tonidale and working in various corporate settings, Angelo’s son John has also been in the food service industry for over 25 years. Today John and Sister-in-law Helen Bonaros continue family traditions with Niko's Coffee House; named in honor of Helen’s husband Nicholas. Active in the community, Niko’s provides fundraising programs and supports local causes
